If  you are a driver that …

√    Has no more than twice been convicted of, plead guilty to, or entered a plea of no contest to a DUI/DWI related charge in any state that was not a:

–  Aggravated DUI/DWI (Property Damage or Injury),

–  Extreme Super-Extreme DUI/DWI, and
