Why do you need the Spousal Protection Plan?
Like most married couples, you probably share the driving responsibilities with your spouse. And when you go out, whether it’s to a park for a nice picnic and a bottle of wine, the local sports bar for happy hour and a few drinks or out the town for a fun-filled evening of cocktails and dancing, if there is any drinking involved at all, there is the always the potential for arrest – for either of you!
Yes, most of the time it is mere random chance when it comes to who will be behind the wheel when the worst case scenario of a police stop occurs. How does the Spousal Protection Plan work?
As long as you are married and your spouse has never been charged with a DUI/DWI offense in the past, then they can be added to your package for just $6.00 per month. This is a substantial discount off our standard fee. If your spouse has had a prior DUI/DWI, they will have to register for their own individual package.
When you add your spouse to your protection package, they will be enrolled in the Clean Driving Program – normally $9.99 per month. They will also receive at no extra charge the additional layer of protection provided by our Felony Protection upgrade – normally a $4.00 upgrade – if you have chosen it for your own package.

As long as each child you wish to add to your protection package is under twenty-one (21) and has never been charged with a DUI/DWI offense of any kind in the past, you can add that child to your package for just $6.00 per month.
