SPOUSAL PROTECTION: Like most married couples, you probably share the driving responsibilities with your spouse when you go out. And whether it’s a nice dinner out, a fun-filled evening of cocktails and dancing, a trip to the local sports bar for happy hour and a few beers or to a park for a nice picnic and a bottle of wine, if there is any drinking involved there is the absolute potential for arrest – for either of you!  It happens all the time.

Beyond being financially draining, a conviction could affect your spouse’s ability to find or maintain employment and even make such routine things going to the store or picking the kids up from school very difficult or impossible. As long as each child you wish to add to your plan is legally licensed and under twenty-one (21) and has never been charged with a DUI/DWI offense of any kind in the past, you can add that minor child to your plan. If any minor child has had a prior DUI/DWI charge, they will not be eligible for protection under this or any other program.
